Brita Filter
Product: Brita Water Pitcher
Price: $27.91 Best Place to Buy: Amazon Size of Container: 10 cup My Rating: 9.5 out of 10 The Brita Water Pitcher Overview Water is one of the most important things we put into our bodies. You can live a long time without food but not very long at all without water. I drink over a gallon of water each and every day. I don’t like the taste of tap water but don’t like buying bottled water. A fantastic alternative is the Brita Water Pitcher. This water pitcher can hold up to 10 cups of water filtered and ready for use. You can keep it in the refrigerator to keep it chilled or leave it on the counter if you only want to have room temperature water. Let me feature some of the benefits of having a Brita filter.

Getting Started
People always ask “What do I do to get in shape?” They ask questions like “What if I do 100 push-ups a day?” “If I'm doing 10 push-ups every day how long will be till I see results?” Or they ask “If I am doing sit ups and push-ups will my body change?
While these are not stupid questions, they are not the best way to go about getting in shape. If somebody has not been active at all I give them a couple of simple guidelines. Flat Dumbbell Chest Press
When body building, it is important to develop a full chest. It is the first thing people see as you walk towards them. There are many ways to work the chest. I will cover these in a series of blog posts.
Let’s discuss the chest press. There are many types of chest press exercises. Some of the most effective forms of chest presses are dumbbell chest presses. These can be performed with a couple of very effective variations, a flat dumbbell chest press and an incline dumbbell chest press. Related: Incline Dumbbell Chest Press The Gym Geek
Growing up as a groupie of Baywatch; I’ve always imagined myself running in slow motion, flaunting my, fit, sexy body. This golden body is not easily achieved. It takes hard work in the kitchen and serious grinding in the gym. With this goal in mind, I long for the hour of the day called Gym time. Enough about me, the main focus of this piece is a females perspective of “The Gym’’.
Full Range of Motion
Full range of motion is very important for performing weightlifting exercises. There are many reasons for this as I'll discuss below. There are times when partial repetitions are beneficial, however in general to build strong flexible muscles it's important to perform the full range of motion.
Falling off the Wagon
It happens to all of us at one time or another, we fall off the wagon. I know I’ve been there myself. I’ll talk about that more in future posts about how I’ve started and stopped. It even happened here on this webpage. I got started and created the page. It took me hours and hours to learn about WordPress and how to put the page together. I got the bare bones up and tried out some themes.
I remember distinctly when I got my first gallery put together. It was at the end of a long day of trying to figure out how things functioned. Different things I did changed the way the presentation looked and it was frustrating. But I persevered. Such a great feeling. Fitness Recovery
A number of years ago I joined 24 Hour Fitness and have been going there ever since. I paid a large upfront sum which included supplements and 5 personal training sessions and a gym membership for 3 years. After that I have paid for a yearly membership.
Water, Life Source
Water is one of the most important part of our daily lives. Your body needs water to survive.
It is part of the rule of three, 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food. Your body might exceed those time limits but it is a good, easy to remember guideline. Needless to say water is essential to your survival. Related: Filtered Water Workout Motivation Part 3
“Oh bloody hell (in a very polished British accent) this rut again; why does the universe Despise me?” “Can’t I catch a break or is my luck so tragic, that falling off the wagon has happened to me for the second time” These are the thoughts, fuelled by anger that the motivational rookie first experiences after falling off the wagon for the second time. After, some time spent wallowing away in self-pity, a period of isolation arrives where the rookie ponders upon their next big move. This decision could make or break them, it could change their lives for the better or it could render months of their hard work; sacrifice and growth redundant.
After a tremendous amount of time spent on pondering; this humongous, life altering decision, the rookie finally comes to the most logical conclusion that, they will make it their life’s mission to get back on this wagon and do whatever it takes to stay on it. This time around, they note down every moment that lead them to fall off the wagon twice. After noting down these moments, they then ponder on where it all went downhill and what they need to do differently this time around. A realisation happens or more of an aha moment, that with staying motivated and maintaining a new and healthy lifestyle, change is imperative and necessary. In order to make something a habit, one must make it exciting to live by and therefore one will enjoy living that way. The key aspect in staying motivated is to enjoy living in a such a way.
