Let’s discuss the chest press. There are many types of chest press exercises. Some of the most effective forms of chest presses are dumbbell chest presses. Full Range of Motion
Full range of motion is very important for performing weightlifting exercises. There are many reasons for this as I'll discuss below. There are times when partial repetitions are beneficial, however in general to build strong flexible muscles it's important to perform the full range of motion.

Re-rack your weights
No one wants to re-rack at the gym for you. You might be someone who is using 45’s on the weight rack and someone might not be able to use that same amount of weight. They might not even be strong enough to move the weights. Be courteous and re-rack after you are finished. |
