Workout Motivation Part 3
“Oh bloody hell (in a very polished British accent) this rut again; why does the universe Despise me?” “Can’t I catch a break or is my luck so tragic, that falling off the wagon has happened to me for the second time” These are the thoughts, fuelled by anger that the motivational rookie first experiences after falling off the wagon for the second time. After, some time spent wallowing away in self-pity, a period of isolation arrives where the rookie ponders upon their next big move. This decision could make or break them, it could change their lives for the better or it could render months of their hard work; sacrifice and growth redundant.
After a tremendous amount of time spent on pondering; this humongous, life altering decision, the rookie finally comes to the most logical conclusion that, they will make it their life’s mission to get back on this wagon and do whatever it takes to stay on it. This time around, they note down every moment that lead them to fall off the wagon twice. After noting down these moments, they then ponder on where it all went downhill and what they need to do differently this time around. A realisation happens or more of an aha moment, that with staying motivated and maintaining a new and healthy lifestyle, change is imperative and necessary. In order to make something a habit, one must make it exciting to live by and therefore one will enjoy living that way. The key aspect in staying motivated is to enjoy living in a such a way.

Re-rack your weights
No one wants to re-rack at the gym for you. You might be someone who is using 45’s on the weight rack and someone might not be able to use that same amount of weight. They might not even be strong enough to move the weights. Be courteous and re-rack after you are finished.
Welcome to my webpage. I'm a mindset coach who specializes in your physical wellbeing. I love fitness and being in shape and I want others to be healthy too. Being healthy doesn't mean you have to be a body builder. Nor does it mean you need to be a fitness guru. It means you need to be happy with who you are. If you are a runner do that, a biker, make sure you ride, if you surf, go surfing. We are all different with different goals and ambitions.
I want to help you in a two-fold way. First of all if you are a couch potato then I want to get you off the couch and help you find what you like doing. I want you to be happy being healthy and take care of yourself by doing what you like. Part of that is finding foods you like to eat that are healthy for you. These two things will help you become healthy. My second goal in helping you; I want you to be happy and motivated in doing the things that make you healthy. I want your mindset to be a healthy mindset. To look at the exercise you do (again surf, row, hike, run etc.) as something which is fun and adventurous. I want your mindset to be so healthy that your body follows behind. Your mindset is what is important; after all where the mind leads the body will follow. That is much more than a saying, it is the truth.
More posts to follow and I'm looking forward to learning all about each of you. Until then; Happy Lifting and Strive to Arrive!
